I am a mother, musician’s wife, middle sister, spicy latina, a restless loudmouth, an action-taking crusader, concert goer, over-sharer, foodie, a challenger. I am a truthful storyteller.

I am many things and have many titles, but by far, Mother has been the one that has brought me the most pride. It has changed me as a photographer. It has made me more honest and even more vulnerable. When I take a photo, I want to think… “Wow, I cannot wait for their grandbabies to see this photo of them and know exactly who they were”. I want the photos I take to be a living legacy. To tell a truthful story of you in a certain season of life.

You can trust that I will tell your truth.

I LOVE love, and photographing the one-of-a-kind magic you have with your little ones or your special someone gives me LIFE! This “job” is seriously a dream for me and my hope is to make lasting connections with you and lasting memories for you!

My relationships with my clients are far from transactional. I want to know you both. To know you is to be able to document your unique relationship truthfully and authentically. Your story is so important to me, and unlike anyone else's. Therefore, your wedding or family photos should be unique to you. Our relationship, and your vulnerability to let me see yours, is what I need in order to document the day honestly.

Time is a cruel little bitch, and I try to live my life in opposition to that every day. I love Phoebe Bridgers and The Shins as much as Selena and the Hamilton soundtrack. I prefer a night in our backyard surrounded by a few close friends, maybe a bonfire and a charcuterie board, instead of a night out with a big crowd. Winter is a soul crusher. Whether it be traveling to a new place or spending a weekend in a nearby cabin, adventures are my fuel. My dog Murray is my best friend and also the bane of my existence. I have a weird memory for lyrics and can recite songs I barely remember hearing. I once punched a dude for picking a fight with my very innocent husband and broke my hand. Truth is my superpower.

My life has been full, as anyones, with peaks and valleys and I’ve grown and changed equally through both. My husband, Joe, has been in the car with me the whole ride. Sometimes I am confidently driving, sometimes calmly navigating, and other times I’m in the backseat with my eyes closed just hoping to make it to the next destination. Thirteen years of connection and growth together with my very best friend and somehow, every year I learn more about him, and learn more about me through him.

We fought and scraped and broke and survived on our three year journey to get pregnant. Some days it hurt like hell, while others I could feel our powers growing as a couple. Finally our sweet Rosalie was born in June 2021 and nothing was ever the same. We are parents now, and these titles of mom and dad come with more learning and growing together. It’s fun and it’s wild and it’s painful and it’s perfect.

All this to say, every single human has a unique story that I want to help tell. A unique pain and beauty to their love that no one has felt before. Your photos should be as authentic as your love, your wedding day as unique as your journey.
